Terms and Conditions

Quote Validity
This quote is valid for 14 days from the date issued. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on lawn condition, service needs, or scheduling availability.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Sisters With A Mower ("Company") and CLIENT. By approving a quote and/or maintaining a card on file, the Client agrees to these Terms in full.
2. Service Details & Client Responsibility
2.1 Recurring Service Season
Recurring mowing services typically begin between March 15th and April 1st and continue through the end of the season unless canceled by the Client via written notice (email).
2.2 Client Preparation
For safety and efficiency, Sisters With A Mower does not move personal items, toys, pet accessories, or lawn furniture.
The Client is responsible for ensuring all service areas are clear prior to each visit.
The Company is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.
3. Card on File Policy
3.1 Authorization
By providing a card on file, the Client authorizes Sisters With A Mower to charge the provided payment method for all services rendered, including any applicable or approved additional charges.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments will be processed automatically upon completion of services. Clients will receive an invoice via email detailing the services performed and the total amount charged.
4. Pet Waste (Feces) Policy
4.1 Assessment
The Company reserves the right to assess the lawn prior to service.
4.2 Additional Charges
If excessive pet waste is present, an additional fee of up to 50% of the service cost may be applied due to increased labor and safety concerns.
4.3 Notification
Clients will be notified of any additional charges prior to service completion when possible.
5. Payment Policies
5.1 Payment Due
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
5.2 Late Payments
Any payment not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 63% of the outstanding balance and may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
5.3 Failed Payment Method
If a card on file is declined, the Client agrees to provide an updated payment method within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in late fees, service suspension, and/or removal from the schedule.
5.4 Refunds & Disputes
All charges are considered final. Any concerns must be reported within 3 days of service for review.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
7. Liability
Sisters With A Mower is not responsible for:
Pre-existing property damage
Damage caused by hidden objects (rocks, metal, etc.)
Normal risks associated with lawn care, including flying debris
Services are performed WEATHER PERMITTING, and scheduling may be adjusted as needed.
8. Service Refusal
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
